Pie fiber I50M – food additive and multi-functional ingredient consisting of 50% pea fiber , 30% of pea starch and 20% of pea protein.

Pie fiber I50M is of neutral flavor and white colour and has following properties:

  • Water retention
  • Gelling agent
  • Emulsifier
  • High fiber content
